These terms govern your use of our services, including booking tours, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. All bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until we receive full payment or the required deposit. Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, changes in fuel costs, or government-imposed taxes. Once the booking is confirmed, we will send a confirmation email with the itinerary and details of the services booked.
Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing and are subject to cancellation charges. If you cancel more than 30 days before departure, a 10% fee will be charged. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior will incur a 50% charge, and any cancellation within 15 days of departure, including no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 to 30 business days.
It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure that all travel documents such as passports, visas, permits, and vaccination certificates are valid and up-to-date before travel. We will not be held responsible for any inconvenience, cost, or denial of entry caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation. We also recommend consulting a physician before travel, especially if you have any existing medical conditions.
We highly encourage all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss or theft of belongings, and other unforeseen events. We will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or expenses incurred during the trip due to a lack of insurance coverage.
In certain circumstances, we may have to make changes to your itinerary due to events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or issues with suppliers. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal value, but we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
Our role is that of an agent arranging services provided by third parties like airlines, hotels, and transport operators. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or injury that may occur due to the negligence or fault of these third parties. We do not accept liability for any act or omission that is outside our control.
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to the local laws and customs of the countries they visit. If a traveler’s behavior is found to be dangerous, disruptive, or unlawful, we reserve the right to terminate their travel arrangements without any refund.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform our obligations due to force majeure events such as war, natural disasters, pandemics, terrorist acts, strikes, or any other events beyond our control. In such events, no compensation or refund shall be provided.
